DocScore by CounselGrid · Version 2026-07-18

The service

DocScore analyses legal documents you upload and produces a score with findings and suggestions, using automated AI processing. By creating an account, starting a guest session, or uploading a document, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Not legal advice

DocScore's output is informational only. It is not legal advice, does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and is no substitute for review by a qualified advocate. AI analysis can be incomplete or wrong. For matters that affect your rights, consult a lawyer — you can reach one through CounselGrid.

Your responsibilities

  • Only upload documents you have the right to submit for analysis, including where they contain other people's personal data.
  • Do not upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or circumvent free-tier limits (for example by cycling guest sessions).
  • Keep your account credentials confidential.

Plans, payments and refunds

Free accounts include a monthly quota of scores; guests get a limited teaser. Paid options (pay-as-you-go credits, packs, and monthly/yearly plans) are one-time purchases processed by Razorpay — there is no auto-renewal. If an analysis fails for reasons on our side, the consumed score or credit is automatically refunded to your quota or balance. Payments for completed analyses are non-refundable. Purchased credits expire per the validity shown at purchase; unused allowance does not roll over.

Data and deletion

Uploaded documents are auto-deleted within 90 days; you can delete all your data and your account at any time from the Privacy Policy page. Deleting your account forfeits remaining credits and any active plan.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may change features, quotas, or pricing; changes apply prospectively and never to purchases already made.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CounselGrid's total liability arising out of your use of DocScore is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on automated analysis output.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: to be confirmed. Questions or disputes: grievance@counselgrid.com.
